Our Therapists are the heart of our mission for Therapies for Hope. Enrichment and Sibling Program staff are crucial to support the whole family.

Therapist Duties

  • Provide 1:1 and small group therapy for the duration of each therapy day
  • Each team of therapists will coordinate at the end of each therapy day to create a therapy video and report for each child, detailing the specific goals, interventions, progress, and recommendations for the family
  • Each team of therapists meet with the therapy child’s parents at the end of the Therapy Intensive week to present the report

Who We Need

We hire Speech Language, Occupational, Physical, Music, Art, Behavior Therapists and Therapy Assistants as well as Special Educators and Psychologists.

Must be licensed & credentialed in Colorado with National Provider Identification Number (NPI#).

Bilingual therapists are especially encouraged to apply.

Experience with Assistive and Augmentative Communication (AAC) is also highly sought.

Work Commitment

We need therapists to work one or multiple weeks.

  • Hopeful Beginnings Therapy Day
    (Monday – Thursday)
    • Arrive by 8:30am
    • Therapy runs 9am – 1pm
    • Team planning 1 – 4pm
  • Hopeful Journey Therapy Day
    (Monday – Thursday)
    • Arrive by 8:30am
    • Therapy runs 9am – 3pm
    • Team planning 3 – 6pm
  • Fridays: 8:30am – 6pm
    All therapists meet in teams to complete therapy report and video and present to the families

Training & Compensation

A half-day mandatory training is provided a few weeks prior to assigned work week.

A full-day mandatory orientation and planning session is held the Sunday prior to the therapy week.

Therapists are considered contract employees.

Pay is determined by experience.

Continuing Education Credit (CEU’s) may be available.

I Want To Be Involved!

Enrichment Staff Duties

  • Provide enriching activities to support each therapy child’s individual goals in an informal, play setting. These enrichment activities could include structured play, music and movement, story time, arts and crafts, and sensory opportunities.

Who We Need

Special Education teachers and highly trained Para-Educators with experience in moderate to severe needs.

Licensed & credentialed preferred.

Bilingual staff are especially encouraged to apply.

Experience with Assistive and Augmentative Communication (AAC) is also highly sought.

  • Monday – Thursday: 1 – 5pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 6pm

Training & Compensation

Sibling Staff Duties

  • Plan and organize activities and supervise siblings of therapy children throughout the week. These activities could include Arts and Crafts, Movies, Swimming, Miniature Golf, Wall/Rock Climbing, Hiking, Zoo, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Therapies for Hope Social Worker to support daily discussions on the highs and lows of living with a sibling with developmental disabilities
  • Supervise volunteer staff

Who We Need

Licensed & credentialed Regular Education Teachers, Social Workers, Psychologists.

We will consider college students majoring in education or a related field.

Work Commitment

We need staff to work one or multiple weeks.

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 6pm

Training & Compensation

A 2-hour mandatory training is provided a few weeks prior to assigned work week.

A full-day mandatory orientation and planning session is held the Sunday prior to the therapy week.

Pay is determined by experience.
